I live in London now. It’s home. But I grew up in Levelland, TX. It’s a tiny town that I’m crazy proud of (while fully admitting that I’ll never live there again). I did some work in West Texas this summer and got the chance to become friends with the economic developer Dave Quinn. He is a crazy intelligent economic strategist. His praise has rung high locally and state wide. He was a major force behind the little town of Levelland scoring a 8.6 million rail park. That is a big deal for the city.
